Brooklyn has 12 floors and is an elegant building in red bricks with alternating light and dark grey grouting. It further consists of a combination of ornate concrete elements, bronze-coloured aluminium and wood. The building is reminiscent of the nostalgic architecture of Brussels and New York, and rises high, in perfect harmony with the existing historical heritage of Tour & Taxis.
A SPLENDID PLACE TO LIVE
All Park Lane buildings are true eye-catchers and unique in their genre. Brooklyn consists of spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2 rare penthouses on the twelfth floor with spectacular views. From the terrace you can enjoy the views of the lane, the historic buildings or the phenomenal Brussels skyline.
Brooklyn is being built according to the Brussels passive standard. Solar panels will heat a large part of the water used for heating and plumbing. An innovative air circulation system ensures healthy air in each apartment. You’ll enjoy high quality finishing materials both inside and out.
MEET THE ARCHITECTS
Brooklyn was designed by awg architects, who together with Sergison Bates and noA architects developed the Park Lane design and concept.
The Antwerp office was founded in 1971 by Bob Van Reeth and has since grown into an innovative team with a project-specific approach, an approach that is gaining in popularity at home and abroad. Their point of departure is always the broad context of the project: location, time and culture.
